 Product Condition & Disclosure

Mattress Outlet Atlanta sells mattresses that are:

• Overstock

• Discontinued

• Floor models

We do NOT sell used mattresses.

Some mattresses may be classified as “AS-IS”, which means:

• They may have cosmetic defects or damage from handling or transportation

• They have never been used in a customer’s home

All mattresses are sold at discounted pricing based on these conditions.

 Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Due to the nature of our inventory:

• All manufacturer warranties are void

Mattress Outlet Atlanta provides its own in-store limited warranty, as outlined below.

 AS-IS Product Policy (FINAL SALE)

All mattresses sold as AS-IS are:

• Final sale

• Not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit under any circumstances

By purchasing an AS-IS mattress, the customer acknowledges and accepts the condition of the product at the time of sale.

 30-Day Exchange Guarantee (Non AS-IS Only)

For qualifying mattresses:

• Mattresses priced at $500 or more

• Excludes ALL AS-IS mattresses

We offer a 30-Day Exchange Guarantee, which includes:

• One (1) exchange within 30 days of delivery or pickup

• Exchange must be for a mattress of:

• Equal value, or

• Lesser value

If exchanging:

• Customer is responsible for any delivery fees

• If selecting a higher-priced mattress, customer must pay the price difference

 Important Pricing Clarification

The exchange value applies to the mattress ONLY.

Additional items are NOT included in exchange value, including but not limited to:

• Box springs

• Mattress protectors

• Foundations

• Frames

• Delivery fees

• Taxes or other services

Example:
If your total purchase is $850, including:

• Mattress: $500

• Box spring: $150

• Protector: $100

• Delivery: $100

 Your exchange value is $500 only (the mattress value)

 Additional Exchange Conditions

• Mattress must be in clean, sanitary condition

• No stains, damage, or abuse

• Comfort preference alone is not considered a defect

• Mattress must be protected with a mattress protector to qualify

Mattress Outlet Atlanta reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

 Extended Protection Guarantee

With the purchase of a mattress protector, you may qualify for extended coverage:

• Basic Protector: 6-month exchange period

• Premium Protector: 12-month exchange period

All extended guarantees follow the same rules and conditions listed in the 30-Day Exchange Guarantee section.

 Layaway Policy

• Minimum deposit: $100 or more

• Layaway period: 30 days

After 30 days:

• Mattress Outlet Atlanta will attempt to contact the customer

• If no response is received, the customer will have 7 additional days to respond

If no response is received after that:

• The mattress will be returned to the sales floor

 Important:

• All deposits after 30 days become:

• Non-refundable

• Converted to store credit only

 Delivery & Pickup Policy

 Inspection at Delivery (REQUIRED)

All customers must inspect their merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup.

• Any damage, defect, or issue must be:

• Reported immediately

• Noted with the delivery team

• Documented before the delivery team leaves

Once delivery is completed and the team departs:

• The sale is considered accepted in full condition

• No claims for damage or defects will be accepted afterward

 Proof of Delivery

For quality control and protection:

• Delivery personnel may take photographs of:

• The mattress inside the customer’s home

• Or the mattress loaded onto a customer’s vehicle

These photos are stored as proof of condition and delivery.

 Customer Acknowledgment

At delivery or pickup, the customer (or authorized recipient) must sign confirming:

The mattress was received in acceptable condition with no visible damage or defects.

 Delivery Liability Disclaimer

Mattress Outlet Atlanta and its delivery personnel are not responsible for:

• Damage to:

• Walls

• Floors

• Doorways

• Staircases

• Personal property

• Issues caused by:

• Tight or difficult entryways

• Customer-provided instructions

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• The mattress will fit into their home

• A safe and accessible delivery path is provided

 Customer Pickup Responsibility

For all customer pickups:

Mattress Outlet Atlanta assumes no responsibility or liability for:

• Securing merchandise

• Transportation of merchandise

Any damage, loss, or injury occurring during transport is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Limitation of Liability

Mattress Outlet Atlanta is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from:

• Use, handling, or transportation of merchandise

 Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final, except as explicitly outlined in the Exchange Guarantee policies above.
